The Formula: What Is in Each Pouch

Per pouch, Neutonic lists 50mg of natural caffeine, 125mg of Cognizin, and 25 percent of your reference intake of vitamins B5, B9 (folate) and B12. Cognizin is a patented, research backed form of citicoline, a compound studied for attention and cognitive function. At the maximum four pouches a day you would reach 200mg of caffeine, 500mg of Cognizin and 100 percent of the three B vitamins.
