Per pouch, Neutonic lists 50mg of natural caffeine, 125mg of Cognizin, and 25 percent of your reference intake of vitamins B5, B9 (folate) and B12. Cognizin is a patented, research backed form of citicoline, a compound studied for attention and cognitive function. Credit where due: 500mg is the citicoline dose used in clinical research, so a full day of four pouches gets you to a meaningful Cognizin intake, and Cognizin itself is a quality ingredient with human trials behind it. The catch is the per pouch maths. One pouch carries a quarter of that, and 50mg of caffeine is half a cup of coffee.
