The only thing I would say is that the package needs to be better, it look like it’s being sent In damaged recycle boxes, my subscription this month was split open lucky enough the coffee wasn’t missing. I have reported this already

The coffee is fantastic and the subscription service saves me running out of coffee. The pause feature on the subscription is handy providing you remember to pause the deliveries unlike myself. I gift my excess bags to friends which is always well received. The guest coffee bags are always different to the month before offering variety which I enjoy. I order multiple restocks of coffee bags which are great with a jetboil. I have multiple garments from CCCo, the new stuff they are bringing out isn't to my taste but I support them nonetheless.

Coffee is great and I love the sealable bags. Coffee bags are ideal to have in my pocket while on shift and taste great. Only complaint is Yodel as a delivery partner they are slow and communication is terrible. would be 5/5 if it was a better courier that was used .

Product performance and customer service!! Contact coffee have all bases covered. I’ve been on subscription for a few months now and it’s run like clockwork. I’ve emailed to change my subscription a couple of times and had my emails answered and my subscription changed immediately. The coffee and products are amazing but the customer services are a game changer and definitely have me as a full time customer.

I will have to give the boys in the UK the props they deserve here. I follow a lot of guys on Instagram in the military/veteran world. I have spent a lot of time immersed in that world and do what I can to support the companies within that group. A couple of the guys I follow and converse with in the UK are Sin-Eaters Guild and Valley Deep Mountain High. I've met and trained with many shooters and have the utmost respect for them as people, soldiers, and practitioners of their craft. Much like their former lives, they put their all into whatever they are doing, in this case, their coffee... and boy does it show. Being an American in this world, I went with the standard veteran brand on the forefront of the American market; I Love those guys, but I was talking to a mate overseas one night, and he mentioned Contact Coffee. I remembered that I had seen it before from the guys mentioned above I follow on Instagram and figured, "screw it, ill give them a shot." That has got to be one of the best decisions I have ever made. I ordered a bag of "Shots Fired," and they sent me a complimentary bag of "Jingle Blend." It arrived from the UK at my house in three days. I took the Jingle Blend to work and left Shots Fired at home. A couple of days went by, I got busy, missed morning coffee, and the bag sat on the shelf. Then one morning, as though by providence, I walked into the break room, and the bag of coffee fell off the shelf. It got my attention, so I snatched it up and made a pot of coffee. I got to tell you; that Jingle Blend is impressive. It is flavorful, has the right amount of sweetness and bitterness, and warms you up from the inside out very nicely. Excited the following day at 0530, I opened up my bag of Shots Fired at home and took a deep inhale. My eyes widened, and the world opened up for me. I could see all of the things that I would accomplish in the future. My mind raced with ideas and desire. I quickly poured the coffee into my machine and waited with bated breath as it dripped into the carafe below. I watched as the dark liquid gathered, anticipating the sheer joy that was coming. It was like Christmas and machine-gun fire wrapped in the silky thighs of your first experience with a woman while on the back of a flying unicorn, and that was all before I even tasted it. I poured a cup, and it did not disappoint. It hit my tongue, and quickly all of the thoughts and perceptions before came to life. It was like the scene in Wizard of Oz when the world went from black and white to color, but with explosions and parachutes added in. It was, in all seriousness, the best coffee that has ever passed my lips. It has the best flavor and only gets better with each sip. The energy that it gave me from experience was unparalleled. To this day, I drink it every day without fail. The only issue I have is that it isn't in big enough bags, and my subscription doesn't last a whole month, which is fixable by just getting two subscriptions a month! The other thing is they are a great company; they always send a sample bag of a different coffee (this month I received Geisha) and a sticker or something. They have excellent customer service and follow-up. They also have cool swag. So here, shortly on my next order, I will proudly buy and sport their Multicam hat as I sip their heavenly coffee. I will do anything and everything I can to make their US presence better. Honestly, If I could get some coffee carts going, I'd figure out the logistics to sell this as the exclusive brand. Once again I had woken up on Sunday with a mystery illness, my head was groggy and mouth dry as the Mojave desert. It was strange as at 02:14 am I had felt like a Kieth Richards/ Chuck Norris hybrid being who was the star of a Tarantino film. Anyway, I thought before I get the brufen out of the first aid kit I will have a coffee. It was like black magic! Before midday I had beaten mine and Mo Farahs half marathon PB as well as giving the missus the best 140 seconds of her last couple of weeks. Roll on Monday morning!
